1. Step Take a card every day. Write down what you are grateful for and the best things which happened that day.
2. Step After a week, you will choose your best day from the last seven days and put it to the side.
3. Step After a year, you will have chosen 52 cards that contain your best 52 days of the past year – which is the exact amount needed for a Full Deck of Cards.

Yes, each card has new quotes, tasks and questions. The only thing that repeats on the cards are the questions “I am grateful for …”  and “Today was amazing because …”.

this is not a card game contains four different Stacks. Each Stack has 91 cards which is enough cards for 3 months. With all four Stacks you have 365 cards for an entire year and can complete your Full Deck of Cards.

Of course, you can also only do one Stack and don't have to do all four. It works the same way, you just don't collect all 52 card values required for a Full Deck. Every day counts when you are a little bit more grateful - no matter if it's 3 days, 3 months or 3 years. If you would like to end up with the Full Deck, you would do all four Stacks with a total of 365 cards. All Stacks have new quotes, questions and tasks.

7 cards in a row have the same value because each card value represents one week of the year. After 52 weeks (one year) you will have chosen 52 different card values. These 52 card values create your Full Deck of Cards with all card values.

Each of the four Stacks has 13 different card values. When you finish the four Stacks, you will have all 52 card values to create a Full Deck of Cards.

Do you actually know anybody who has stuck to writing a gratitude journal? We don’t. They take too long, get very repetitive and once you forgot it for a few days, you stop writing it. this is not a card game on the other hand, is easy to do, new every day and gives you a motivating goal to work towards.

You can take your card with you – anywhere – and do it anytime, as it only takes two minutes. Writing on cards and choosing your best ones allows you to know exactly which days were highlights and never face the dilemma of potentially throwing out great memories. Imagine, you had a Full Deck of Cards with the best days of 2016, that you could look through right now. How amazing would that be?!

Now! You can start in December, in July, on Saturdays or Mondays – whenever you want to start a life-changing habit.

Just try to remember the last few days - even a grateful reflection on the past can do you good.

No problem at all! You just need a little longer to create your Full Deck of Cards. It makes no difference if your Deck of Cards are from exactly one year or from a year and a half. So, whenever you forget to write your card, just keep going and draw the next card. 

Without a break, it will take you one year to collect all the card values for your Full Deck of Cards.
With a break, you may take longer than a year depending on how long your break is.

Yes, you can also only write a card every week. If you want to create a Full Deck of Cards though, make sure you take a different card value each week. To get the most out of the cards, we recommend writing them daily though.

No, you can do it whenever it suits you. You can write on your card after you get up, on your way to work or at night.

Every time you choose your Best card from the last seven days, you put that card to the side, anywhere where you are not going to lose it. Believe us, it will be epic to look back at those cards – imagine you had 52 cards from 2016.

Your choice! You can keep them for extra memories if you like. The idea of the Full Deck is that you don’t have to flip through hundreds of book pages, but to have your best memories in a compact form.

Look at the numbers on the cards above the date and just sort them accordingly. You should have seven cards of each card value which belong together. Then start writing your cards from the lowest number and work your way up.

Our packages only contain a packing slip which doesn't contain the order value. The invoice can be downloaded through our order confirmation emails.
