1. Terms of delivery

1.1 General information

We ship single orders of this is not a card game cards via DHL within Germany and to all other countries in the EU (‘DHL Packstations’ can also be shipped to). Orders that include the wooden cardholder will be shipped by DPD within Germany and to all other EU countries by DHL.

1.2 Shipping costs calculation

The online store determines the number of shipping packages required based on the items you order. The shipping costs for deliveries to countries other than the EU must be inquired by e-mail. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs for export customs may be charged. The shipping costs calculated by the store will be displayed in your shopping cart.

1.3.1 Shipping costs: Domestic (DE)

The package shipping costs per standard package (including VAT) are:
- 3,90 € for all orders of max. 3x this is not a card game cards to Germany with DHL
- 4,90 € for orders including Wood & Stack-Set to Germany with DPD

- 4,90 € for all orders of max. 3x this is not a card game cards to other EU countries (incl. UK) with DHL

- 7,90 € for orders including Wood & Stack-Set to other EU countries (incl. UK) with DHL

Free Shipping may be a special offer.

1.3.2 Shipping costs for EU countries and European countries outside the EU

1.3.3 Shipping times

Shipping times depend on the logistics company, but please estimate 1-3 days within Germany and 3-6 days to other countries in the EU.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment process in steps

From your store order an order confirmation is automatically generated, which will be sent to you by e-mail. If required, you will receive an invoice by email.

2.2 Shop Pickup

A pickup on site is possible after prior appointment.
