These terms of service apply to our online store www.thisisnotacardgame.com (www.thisisnotacardgame.de), owned by the sole trader Tulsa Mann (hereinafter referred to as "this is not a card game, we, us"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, they apply to all contracts, orders, payments and actions (in the published version at the time of the order). All other agreements require written confirmation from us. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with this is not a card game, not with third parties. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

The products in our online store may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

4. Contract formation

In the shopping cart you can gather products and save them which has no obligation for you. All store offers are subject to change. Only the process of clicking on the button "Buy now" makes your order a binding order. The sales contract is concluded with the delivery of the goods by this is not a card game. 5. Delivery

8. Default of payment  

In the case of monetary debts, default occurs without reminder at the latest 30 days after receipt of the invoice, provided of course that the service has already been rendered at this point in time, § 286 para. 3 BGB.

13. Governing Law 

Your contract with this is not a card game Tulsa Mann is governed by the laws of Germany and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, with Munich as a place of jurisdiction, to determine any dispute pertaining to the contract.
