Refund policy

1. Right of cancellation

1.1 You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

1.2 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this order by a clear statement (e.g. a e-mail, letter sent by post). You may use the attached notice of cancellation template, but it is not obligatory.

1.3 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notice of your decision to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Effects of cancellation

2.1 If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional charges incurred for delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery on offer). This refund will be made without delay and by not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order. The same payment method will be used for this refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. There is no charge for refunds. We may withhold refunds until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

2.3 You must send back the goods or hand them over to us by no later than 14 days from the day on which you sent your order cancellation notice to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

2.4 You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2.5 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
